As the Planning Lead in Sales Ops, your primary responsibility will be steering the ongoing improvement of business operations and fostering the inception of novel processes that bolster revenue growth. Collaborating intimately with the commercial ensemble, you'll fine-tune, conceive, and set in motion critical business schemes and mechanisms that resonate with Rappi's overarching goals, ensuring a trajectory of scalable expansion across varied product verticals.

Como parte de Rappi, serás responsable de:
As the Planning Lead in Sales Ops, your main job is to keep making our business operations better and come up with new ways to grow our revenue. Working closely with the sales team, you'll tweak, create, and roll out plans and processes that fit well with Rappi's big goals, making sure we can grow smoothly across different products.
- Streamline the process that establishes and designates baselines and commercial benchmarks.
- Strengthen the process for automatization transition within the business areas.
- Conceptualize and synchronize the commissions framework to boost peak performance.
- Oversee the rollout of a unified tool dedicated to historical data, cultivating data-centric decision-making.
- Work hand in hand with the sales, marketing, product, and tech teams to ensure alignment and syngergies.

Bien y ahora, ¿Cuáles son los requisitos para que yo sea parte de este universo de neón?
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing. Master's is a plus.
- At least 5 years in Business Strategy, Sales Ops, or similar roles.
- Proficient in SQL, Power BI.
- Solid analytical skills with experience in descriptive and inferential statistics.
- Proven ability to manage projects and implement new processes.
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, and can manage key relationships well.
- Think strategically and creatively, always ready to tackle challenges.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
- Independent, but also collaborative.
- Passionate for tech and startups, always looking to improve in a fast-paced environment.
- Understands commercial strategies and how to sync them with business goals.
- Open to traveling occasionally to collaborate with global teams.
