Business Development Representative

**Position: Full-time.**:

**Responsibilities**:
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Generate qualified leads for the sales team so they can provide a quick response to customers
- Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads
- Having existing clients and know how is a plus.
- Work within your specific geography to find new business opportunities
- Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met.
- Bringing an existing contacts database to plug in more projects for the company (not a deal breaker)
- Implement and generate efficient sourcing management strategies.
- Create negotiation strategies and secure profitable deals to cooperate in bringing new accounts into the company for the onboarding process of new clients.
**Requirements**:
- Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field
- Familiarity with sourcing strategies.
- Ability to negotiate and sustain long-lasting networking relationships.
- Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software
- Strong time management skills, excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills
**Salary**: $7,000,000 - $8,500,000 per month
