**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments.
- Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and other documents for executive meetings.
- Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Assist with event planning, including executive offsites and team meetings.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Coordinate and manage special projects as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience (0-2 years) as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior executives.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with a high level of discretion.

**Language**:

- English with a B2 level or above (preferred)

**Location**:

- Medellín, Antioquia (preferred)
