**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with client communication, ensuring timely responses and professional follow-ups.
- Coordinate projects and timelines, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Manage and organise digital files, including client documents, tech packs, and design files.
- Support with product development tasks, liaising with designers and manufacturers as needed.
- Conduct market research and trend analysis when necessary.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external use.

**Qualifications**:

- **Must have a degree or formal education in fashion** (e.g., fashion design, fashion management, or a related field).
- Previous experience in an administrative or virtual assistant role, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other project management tools (experience with fashion-specific software is a plus).
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

**Preferred**:

- Familiarity with fashion production processes and terminology.
- Experience working in a fast-paced fashion business or design studio.
