**What You’ll Do**:

- Monitor key performance metrics (CTR, open rates, bounce rates) and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop segmentation strategies, A/B testing plans, and lifecycle marketing flows.
- Work within ESP platforms (Blueshift is a plus) to build and manage campaigns.
- Collaborate with creative, data, and tech teams to ensure campaigns are executed on time and aligned with brand standards.
- Lead monthly strategy meetings and communicate performance insights.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **English level B2+ or C1** (required for communication with internal teams and clients).
- Comfortable working with data in Excel or similar tools.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Web/Graphic Design, or a related field.
