Product Strategist

As a Product Strategist at Symphony, you will analyse market trends and customer needs, define product vision and strategy, and guide products from concept to launch. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, keep stakeholders aligned, and use performance insights to refine strategy and inform future initiatives. Responsibilities Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitors, using data and feedback to identify opportunities and risks. Define product vision and strategy aligned with business goals, and build a prioritized roadmap based on user value and market demand. Work with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to turn strategy into execution, overseeing the product lifecycle from concept to launch. Communicate strategy, priorities, and updates to executives, sales, marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment. Track product performance, optimize based on insights and market changes, and run post‑launch reviews to guide future improvements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Minimum 5+ years of experience in product management, strategy, or a related discipline. Proven experience in market research, data analysis, and strategic planning. Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Proficient in product management and project tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello). Familiarity with UX principles and best practices. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to develop detailed product roadmaps and strategic plans. Experience with data analysis tools and awareness of industry and market trends. Culture Fit Proactive and enthusiastic about continuous learning and improvement.
