As a **Sales Representative,** you will generate qualified prospects and leads as well as create strong and ongoing relationships with them to meet sales quotas and drive business growth.
**Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**:
Pipeline Creation & Sales Outreach
- Research and identify ICP accounts and key decision-makers using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and market intelligence tools.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand business needs, qualify opportunities, and prepare them for handoff to Account Executives.
- Consistently achieve targets for meetings booked, SQLs created, and pipeline growth.
Lead Qualification & Funnel Growth
- Validate inbound MQLs, qualify them against fit criteria, and convert them into SQLs.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and activity logs in HubSpot.
- Provide regular feedback on lead quality and campaign performance to leadership.
- Use HubSpot to run automated sequences, lead scoring, and timely follow-ups.
- Incorporate marketing content (case studies, webinars, whitepapers) into outreach strategies.
- Partner with marketing to support campaign execution through aligned timing, messaging, and lead capture.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handover of qualified opportunities.
- Share insights from prospect conversations to refine messaging, targeting, and campaign effectiveness.

**Minimum requirements**:
- **Studies**: A High School Degree is **required**. A Bachelor's degree is not required but is a plus. Desirable studies in International Business, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Finances, Logistics or any other related courses.
- **Experience**:3-5 years in sales, business development, or SDR/BDR roles, preferably in B2B SaaS. - Logistics, supply chain, or TMS experience is a strong plus.
- **Sales First**:Proven ability to generate pipeline, hit quotas, and move prospects from MQL to SQL.
- **Tools: P**roficiency with HubSpot CRM and automation; comfortable with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and sales engagement platforms.**:
- **Language**: Advanced English skills. C1 or higher is required.
