Bilingual Client Service Representation Specialist

Talent Lead - Accelerator Program, NA at TOA Global Location: Bogotá, Colombia Schedule: Monday - Friday, Full-Time, PDT/PST Office Hours About the role Build strong client relationships through friendly and professional phone and email communication Conduct follow-ups to gather documents, clarify financial information, and maintain case progress Assist in the preparation of IRS financial forms and organize client case files Track and update client records, case notes, and deadlines in our database Collaborate closely with the Representation and Client Services teams Translate and interpret for Spanish-speaking clients when needed Always maintain confidentiality and professionalism About you Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken), required Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, preferred 2-3 years experience in customer service or administrative support in a legal, financial, or mortgage setting may be substituted for degree 1+ year of professional phone-based client service experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) WHY CHOOSE US?
