About the role
- Build strong client relationships through friendly and professional phone and email communication
- Conduct follow-ups to gather documents, clarify financial information, and maintain case progress
- Assist in the preparation of IRS financial forms and organize client case files
- Track and update client records, case notes, and deadlines in our database
- Collaborate closely with the Representation and Client Services teams
- Translate and interpret for Spanish-speaking clients when needed
- Always maintain confidentiality and professionalism
About you
- Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken), required
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, preferred
- 2-3 years experience in customer service or administrative support in a legal, financial, or mortgage seƫng may be substituted for degree
- 1+ year of professional phone-based client service experience
- Excellent verbal and wriƩen communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
