Ubicación: Bogotá
Modalidad: Híbrida (trabajo remoto y presencial ocasional)
Horario: Lunes a viernes, horario de oficina (44 horas semanales)
Contrato: Término indefinido
Salario: A convenir según experiencia y nivel de inglés
Requisitos indispensables:
Técnico, tecnólogo o profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas o áreas afines.
Experiencia mínima de 6 meses en servicio al cliente, soporte técnico o funciones similares.
Inglés B2 o superior (conversacional) — es un requisito obligatorio
Tus principales responsabilidades serán:
Atender tickets, llamadas y correos de usuarios, brindando soporte técnico de primer nivel (N1).
Registrar, dar seguimiento y cerrar incidentes en plataformas como ServiceNow, Jira o Zendesk.
Escalar casos complejos a niveles superiores (N2 o N3).
Comunicarte con empatía y claridad para garantizar una excelente experiencia de servicio.
