Bilingual Client Service Tax Specialist (Bilingual in Spanish & English)

About the role

  • Professionally handle incoming calls using a multi-line phone system and route them appropriately.
  • Respond to sales inquiries from prospective tax clients via phone, email, text, and website chat using scripts and templates.
  • Process client intake documents, including contracts, power of attorney forms, and payment arrangements, with accurate data entry into our proprietary system.
  • Support annual tax prep efforts by organizing and distributing client communications, engagement letters, tax organizers, and billing updates.
  • Ensure high standards of professionalism, confidenƟality, and client service in every interaction.
  • Collaborate with teammates and contribute to a positive, client-first company culture.
  • Assist with special projects and confidential reporting as needed by management.

About you

  • Accurate typing skills at 60+ WPM.
  • AA degree or higher in Accounting, Business, or Finance preferred - or 2+ years' experience in an administrative role within tax, accounting, legal, or financial services.
  • Highly tech-savvy, with strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail-able to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A strong team player who also works well independently.
  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to take initiative.
  • A natural problem-solver who can meet tight deadlines with confidence.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, paperless environment, and commiƩed to delivering outstanding client service gerness and achievement
