A Day in the LifeThe Commercial Transformation Supervisor is a key leader of a team responsible for large deal preparation, administration, and process. The position is based in Colombia, operating in a remote model.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Administer, extend, support standard and nonstandard contracts
- Conduct proposal preparation, contract administration, and customer contact activities to ensure proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.
- Prepare bids, process specifications, progress reports, and other documents; advise management of contractual rights and obligations; compile and analyze data and maintain historical information.
- Maintain contract and compliance administration in support of our pricing and contracts portfolios
- Assist with the implementation of executed contracts into the contract management system
- Instruct sales, marketing, finance, customer service, rebates, and other cross-functional departments in accessing relevant contract portfolio analytics
- Coordinate with functional teams to ensure billings are issued, disputes are resolved, and collection rates are increased
- Manage sales systems projects for future improvements and/or functionality expansions
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Three years of experience with Contract Operations, Sales Operations, customer service, technical support, or back office
- Fluent in English
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience working with KPIs and reporting
- One year of supervisory experience leading teams and handling complex customer issues; experience monitoring the team is considered advantageous for this role
