Johnson & Johnson is seeking a dynamic business partner to shape and implement the Omnichannel customer engagement strategy as part of our MedTech Digital Transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and adopt omnichannel go-to-market strategies for MedTech LATAM's Omnichannel priorities.
  • Support the definition and deployment of prioritized MedTech LATAM's eCommerce and Inside Sales efforts.
  • Act as Product Owner for one of the Omnichannel agile squads.
  • Create cohesive content and channel activation plans.
  • Cultivate knowledge of omnichannel standard processes and trends.
  • Prioritize relentlessly and help shape the organization.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team in the planning, design, and execution of multi-channel marketing deliverables.
  • Engage with the broader organization to understand current capabilities and drive continuous improvements.
  • Measure and adapt key and expanded program metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • Deep understanding of integrated marketing experience and the role digital plays in the marketing mix.
  • Solid understanding of customer-facing technology and ability to articulate its impact.
  • Minimum 6 to 8 years of digital experience related to commercial and customer experience activities.

Preferred Skills:

  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • English fluent: high proficiency level. Spanish and Portuguese preferred.
  • Experience working with agile/scrum development methodologies preferred.
  • Familiarity with segmentation, analytics, and direct experience with web measurement/analytics is preferred.
