As a Business Development Account Manager, you will be a key part of our team, expanding our presence in the national and international markets. Your role will involve identifying business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and partners, and contributing to the growth and success of our company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect and acquire new clients, both domestically and internationally, by identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, offering exceptional service and a deep understanding of their needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed growth and revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, competition, and emerging opportunities in the industry.
- Present compelling and persuasive business proposals that reflect our company's value proposition.
- Engage in negotiations and close deals with clients and partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Analyze and closely monitor account performance, identifying areas for improvement and additional business opportunities.
- Maintain clear and constant communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrable experience in sales and business development, preferably in the technology sector.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent oral and written communication skills. Knowledge of other languages will be valued.
- Solid knowledge of the market in which our company operates, including trends, competition, regulations, and growth opportunities.
- Exceptional sales, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to establish strong relationships with clients and partners, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Research skills to identify new business opportunities and understand customer needs.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of marketing and promotion to support commercial strategies.
- Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and international business environment.
- Results-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
- Empathy and social skills to build strong relationships with clients.
