As a 100% remote company, we are looking for an experienced REO Supervisor to lead the efficient management and liquidation of properties within our Real Estate Owned (REO) portfolio.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to manage and direct the activities of the REO team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring properties are maintained in marketable condition, overseeing necessary property maintenance and evictions, and responding to local property violations.
Main Responsibilities:
Drive the efficient liquidation of properties in the company's REO portfolio.Facilitate evictions and ensure REO properties are in marketable condition.Manage and direct the activities of the REO team.Respond to and abate property violations.Oversight the gathering of bids, negotiate contracts/agreements, and manage timelines for all projects to facilitate strict adherence to marketing timelines.Track expenses and prepare monthly reports for every asset.Negotiate purchase offers for REO properties within delegated authority.Conduct second review of ARC Case Submissions and submit to ARC once finalized.Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
4-5 years of experience in contracting, construction, property management, or property preservation.Analytical skills to solve problems effectively.Excellent communication skills to convey complex information clearly and concisely.The ability to design and conduct systematic investigations.Negotiation skills to reach mutually beneficial outcomes.Conceptual thinking to identify solutions.Applied learning to participate in continuous development.Problem-solving skills to address work-related challenges.Active listening skills to understand others' perspectives.Conflict resolution skills to handle antagonistic situations.Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as 11 paid US holidays per year and a 100% remote contract position.
