Spanish - Fully fluent English - Fully fluent Responsibilities Position Overview We are seeking a professional and driven Appointment Setter to join our internal call center team. You will be the voice of multiple successful South Florida businesses, calling warm leads generated through our video marketing campaigns to book qualified sales appointments. This is a high-volume role focused on speed-to-lead and consistent follow-up across our client portfolio. Take initiative to solve problems and lighten others' load. Key Responsibilities Call warm leads within 5 minutes of form submission (new leads are ALWAYS priority #1). Book qualified sales appointments for 5–8 different client accounts. Make 80+ calls per day across new leads, follow-ups, and re-engagement campaigns. Switch between client contexts quickly while maintaining brand voice and professionalism. Follow proven scripts and processes for each unique business vertical. Update CRM systems accurately and maintain clean lead records. Communicate proactively about lead quality, appointment rates, and client feedback. Qualifications Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. Previous sales, customer service, or appointment setting experience required. Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls in a professional environment. Coachable, detail-oriented, and able to follow SOPs precisely. Available to work consistently during U.S. business hours (9 AM – 5 PM EST). Fast, reliable internet connection. Ability to work independently after training while staying responsive via Slack. Comfortable using CRM systems, Google Workspace, and call tracking tools. What We Offer Comprehensive training on multi-client call scripts and processes.
