Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the activities of the sales department supervisors.
- Coordinate the operations of the sales department.
- Design sales plans and strategies for new products.
- Establish sales goals and objectives while keeping them realistic and achievable.
- Develop new and innovative strategies for customer acquisition.
- Research and identify sales opportunities, generating leads and detecting potential customers.
- Meet with key customers and seek out potential prospects.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience: Professional in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems Administration, Economics or related careers in economic or administrative areas.
5 years of experience. English (Fluent)
Role Purpose: The Sr. Sales Manager FS must achieve and exceed sales targets through effective coaching of Sales Executives and supervisors, promoting satisfactory service standards for existing customers, as well as increasing the customer base and sales volume for the channel.
Additionally, he/she must ensure that DHL services are sold to meet and exceed sales targets with profitability for the company, leading the team to successfully offer the services that generate value to their processes and that also allows maximizing business opportunities in the short and long term.
Sales Manager FS Responsibilities:
- Lead sales teams in each country.
- Coordinate with various sales teams for effective prospecting and the creation of channels that increase business opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for multiple LATAM countries, primarily Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Ecuador, Peru, and Chile.
