You’ll own the full sales cycle, help shape our go‑to‑market motion, and play a defining role in how we grow and win as a company. WHAT YOU'LL DO Own the Full Sales Cycle Lead deals from first conversation to close — prospecting, qualifying, demoing, and negotiating directly with decision‑makers. Take ownership of your pipeline and build momentum through both outbound and inbound channels. Refine and test messaging that resonates with support and operations leaders across industries. Build and Scale the Sales Engine Develop creative ways to source and engage new leads — from outbound sequences to partner introductions. Shape our early playbooks around ICP, qualification, and outreach strategy. Help define key metrics for forecasting and performance as we grow the team. Work hand‑in‑hand with marketing to align campaigns and generate demand. Partner with customer success to ensure smooth onboarding and expansion opportunities. Share real‑time customer feedback to help guide product development and strategy. Be a Builder Bring curiosity, resourcefulness, and creativity to every part of the process. Introduce efficiency into how you work — whether through automation, systems, or process improvements. Help shape the foundation of our sales culture and future team. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 3–6 years of SaaS sales experience , ideally selling to SMB and mid‑market customers. A proven track record of closing new business and exceeding quota. Experience as an early sales hire or working in a high‑growth, startup environment. Strength in both hunting and closing — you enjoy creating opportunities as much as you enjoy winning them. Familiarity with CX or support software (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, Gorgias, Kustomer) is a major plus. Excellent communication and storytelling — you make complex solutions clear and compelling. A builder’s mindset — you’re comfortable iterating fast, trying new approaches, and creating structure where it doesn’t yet exist. You’ll have ownership and autonomy to shape your approach, your tools, and your playbook. You’ll partner directly with the founder to design and evolve SwiftCX’s go‑to‑market strategy.
