Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive based in Colombia to join our remote sales team. This is a commission-only role to start , with very high commission payouts per closed client. After 3 months of consistent performance , a base salary will be added on top of your commissions. You’ll be responsible for prospecting and closing U.S.-based businesses , introducing them to our recruitment and compliance solutions across LATAM. Key Responsibilities Identify and reach out to potential U.S. clients through cold outreach and referrals Pitch Venture49’s value proposition in fluent English via calls, email, Teams, and LinkedIn Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to signed agreement Collaborate with the internal recruitment team for seamless handoffs Maintain CRM (GoHighLevel) records and hit monthly sales targets Represent the Venture49 brand with professionalism and integrity Requirements Must be based in Colombia Fluent English (written and spoken) is required 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, or recruitment Strong communication and negotiation skills High level of motivation and discipline working independently Reliable internet connection and availability to work U.S. business hours when needed What We Offer Top-tier commissions (uncapped) on each closed deal Base salary available after 3 months of consistent performance Fully remote work opportunity Direct collaboration with the company’s leadership team Path to grow into a senior role as we scale This is the opportunity to earn big, grow fast, and help reshape the future of remote hiring.
