Your Role We are seeking a highly motivated, analytical, and technically inclined associate to maintain the quality and accuracy of specialized digital assets and financial data. This is an excellent entry‑level opportunity for a candidate with foundational knowledge of 3D modeling and property estimating. Key Responsibilities 3D Model Review and Cleanup: Edit, review, and clean technical 3D models to meet internal quality and formatting standards. Property Data Entry and Review: Enter and verify property or construction cost estimates using internal tools and cost databases. Data Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks on images, models, and structured data sets, flagging inconsistencies or errors. Data Structuring: Organize and standardize operational data according to internal protocols and reporting requirements. Compliance Audit Support: Assist in auditing program applications and documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy. General Back‑Office Support: Execute various administrative and processing tasks to support the Operations team. Required Aptitude & Knowledge (Technical Skills) Knowledge of 3D modeling tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Blender) demonstrated through academic projects, portfolios, or certifications. Foundational understanding of property cost estimating, valuations, or basic construction principles. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree (or current enrollment) in a technical field strongly preferred. Key Attributes Exceptional Attention to Detail: Commitment to accuracy and thoroughness. Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple data streams and prioritize tasks. Tech Proficiency: Competence with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and ability to learn proprietary systems. Communication Skills: Clear verbal and written communication, with ability to articulate technical findings. Adaptability: Eagerness to learn new processes and effectiveness in both independent and team settings. Successful completion of a mandatory technical aptitude assessment.
