Rappi Bogota, D.C., Capital District, Colombia Operations Senior Analyst Join Rappi as an Operations Senior Analyst to oversee the strategic and operational control of the Restaurants and Retail verticals. This role ensures alignment between global initiatives and local execution across 9 countries, tracking key performance indicators such as cancellation rate, defect rate, and delays. Responsibilities Act as a cross‑functional connector between Operations, Product, Finance, Commercial, and Fraud teams, enabling frictionless operational flow and high‑quality performance management. Monitor all global initiatives for Restaurants & Retail (CPGS) and validate execution with local teams. Track and analyze operational performance KPIs at global and country level (e.g., Cancel Rate, Defect Rate, Delays). Lead alignment and follow‑up sessions with local Ops leaders to identify deviations and ensure accountability. Facilitate cross‑functional coordination among teams such as Tech, Finance, Fraud, and Product. Document and elevate execution gaps, and support local leaders in implementing tactical recovery plans. Support diagnosis in collaboration with Global and Local teams. Ensure all post‑meeting follow‑ups are executed and documented, with impact evaluation and strategy adjustments as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in analytics, operations, or performance tracking roles. Strong grasp of process improvement methodologies and KPI performance management. Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, both local and global. Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required. High proficiency in data analysis tools and dashboarding (SQL is a plus). Solid project management capabilities to lead coordination efforts across teams. Talent for translating complex problems into actionable insights for senior leadership.
