Your Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated, analytical, and technically inclined
Technical Operations Associate
to join our team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a candidate with foundational knowledge of
3D modeling
and
property estimating
who is eager to launch a career in technical data processing and operations support. This role is essential for maintaining the quality and accuracy of our specialized digital assets and financial data.

Key Responsibilities

• 3D Model Review and Cleanup: Assist in editing, reviewing, and cleaning technical 3D models (e.g., from CAD software) to ensure compliance with internal quality and formatting standards.
• Property Data Entry and Review: Support the creation of initial property or construction cost estimates by accurately inputting data, utilizing internal tools, and referencing cost databases under supervision.
• Data Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks and analysis on images, models, and structured data sets, flagging any inconsistencies or errors for correction.
• Data Structuring: Organize and standardize various forms of operational data according to established internal protocols and reporting requirements.
• Compliance Audit Support: Assist in auditing program applications and documentation to ensure all required fields are complete and accurate.
• General Back-Office Support: Execute various administrative and processing tasks as needed to support the overall efficiency of the Operations team.

What You Need
Required Aptitude & Knowledge (Technical Skills):

• Knowledge of 3D modeling tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Blender) demonstrated through academic projects, personal portfolios, or certifications. Direct professional experience is a plus, but not required.
• Foundational understanding of property cost estimating, valuations, or basic construction principles. Familiarity with cost databases or material/labor cost components is highly valued.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor's degree (or current enrollment) in a technical field (e.g., Architecture, Engineering, Data, Operations) is strongly preferred.

• Adaptability: Eagerness to learn new processes and an ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Successful completion of a mandatory technical aptitude assessment.
