Nuestro equipo está comprometido con la excelencia, la innovación y el impacto positivo en nuestros clientes.Lo que harás: Ganar dinero Como Business Development Representative (BDR) , serás clave en la generación de nuevas oportunidades comerciales. Trabajarás directamente con el equipo de ventas para prospectar, calificar y agendar demos con empresas interesadas en nuestras soluciones CRM.Prospectar activamente empresas en mercados B2B.Ejecutar campañas de outbound: llamadas, emails y LinkedIn.Calificar leads de acuerdo con criterios definidos (BANT, CHAMP, etc.).Agendar reuniones para los Account Executives.Registrar todas las interacciones en el CRM.Colaborar con marketing y ventas para optimizar los funnels.Alcanzar y superar objetivos mensuales de leads calificados.Experiencia mínima de 3 años en ventas B2B, en CRM o soluciones tecnológicas similares. Capacidad para comunicar de manera clara y convincente los beneficios de las soluciones CRM.Habilidad para construir y mantener relaciones comerciales a largo plazo.Orientación a resultados y cumplimiento de objetivos.Excelente capacidad de negociación y manejo de objeciones.
