We are looking for a Cold Email B2B Specialist with strong experience in outbound sales, especially selling tools, SaaS products, or high-value business services to decision-makers. This role is for someone who understands how to turn cold outreach into real business conversations and qualified sales opportunities. This is not a mass-sending role. The focus is on targeted B2B outreach, quality conversations, and selling solutions that require trust, demos, and longer decision cycles. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Medellín. About the role You will manage cold email campaigns end to end. From understanding the product and ICP, to writing sequences, handling replies, and moving prospects toward meetings and deals. You will work with clear B2B offers, structured outbound systems, and real sales goals. Responsibilities Plan, launch, and optimize B2B cold email campaigns. Build messaging and sequences for selling tools, SaaS, and business services. Research and target relevant companies and decision-makers. Write strong cold emails and follow-ups in English. Handle replies and conduct sales‑oriented conversations. Qualify prospects and move opportunities forward. Coordinate with internal teams on offers and targeting. Track performance using CRM and outreach tools. Requirements Proven experience with B2B cold email campaigns. Experience selling SaaS, software tools, or B2B services. Strong understanding of B2B sales funnels and outbound strategy. Comfortable handling conversations beyond the first reply. Advanced English for writing and sales communication. Experience with outreach tools and CRM systems. Organized, data‑driven, and focused on results. Availability to work on‑site in Medellín, El Poblado. Tools and knowledge Cold email tools like Instantly, Lemlist, Smartlead, or similar. CRM systems like HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar. Lead research tools like Apollo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Familiarity with selling B2B products, platforms, or services. Salary Monthly range: 5,000,000 to 7,500,000 COP. Fixed base salary. Performance incentives can be discussed based on results.
