Lead Generation Coordinator

Actividades:

  • Adquisición de nuevos clientes y B2C y B2B para nuestro mercado en Colombia
  • Generar y ejecutar estrategias de crecimiento en cada vector de adquición (Paid ads, Call center, y búsqueda de nuevos canales de adquisición.
  • Trabajar de la mano con el equipo de ventas para generar estrategias de aumento de ventas.
  • Dar seguimiento a los KPI's de Marketing y Adquisición
  • Trabajar de la mando con el marketing manager y y la PM global de marketing global en la realización de presupuestos.
  • Generar y ejecutar estrategias dentro del CRM para incrementar la adquisición de MQLs.
  • Trabajar de la mano con el equipo de operaciones para incrementar el tamaño de la base de datos, la limpieza y el engagement.
  • Automatizar flujos en HUbSpot, crear listas, campañas y ejecutar proyectos trimestrales en alineación con objetivos del equipo global.

Requisitos:

  • Al menos 2 años de experiencia en la creación y optimización de campañas de adquisición digital
  • Inglés avanzado (Conversacional) - todo el proceso será en inglés
  • Experiencia con Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads
  • Nivel intermedio de Excel
  • Experiencia con software de gestión de datos
  • Experiencia con CRM y automatización de Marketing
  • Conocimiento en branding
