Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for building and maintaining a pipeline of leads to meet business objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Research and Qualify Leads: Conduct thorough research on potential clients, identify their needs, and qualify them as viable leads.
  2. Develop Business Opportunities: Make outgoing calls, send emails, and engage with prospects to develop new business opportunities.
  3. Nurture and Follow Up: Contact qualified leads to nurture the relationship and follow up on progress.
  4. Email Marketing: Execute targeted email marketing campaigns to key clients and prospects.
  5. Database Management: Research and manage the lead generation database, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  6. Market Research: Conduct customer and market research to gather information about potential leads.
  7. Client Surveys: Perform client or market surveys to obtain lead-related insights.
  8. Sales Support: Assist in the preparation of proposals and sales presentations.
  9. Reporting: Provide accurate and timely reports to management.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's Degree: In Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in lead generation.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in cold calling and lead qualification.
  • Experience in researching and maintaining databases.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Strong project and time management abilities.
