**Misión del cargo**: Gestionar nuestro modelo de Global Payroll, siendo el resposanble de la ejecuccion de los procesos de nomina con los terceros designados en cada region, garantizando el cumplimiento de los acuerdos de servicio, cumplimientos normativos y la satisfacción del empleado.
**Responsabilidadess**:
- Aprobar todas las nominas de LATAM, asi como los procesos de terminaciones y garantizar la calidad de la informacion
- Análizar los SLA e Issue log mensualmente de la operación de Payroll y realizar las acciones correctivas si existieran
- Liderar los diferentes requerimientos de auditorias internas como externas con el fin de garantizar el compliance del proceso
- Responsable de la comunicación y seguimiento a los procesos de los Partners de nómina en EMEA & ASPAC Y LATAM, garantizando que se cumpla con los servicios contratados en tiempo y forma.
- Aprobar los Calendarios de nómina por cada país y hacerle seguimiento para cumplir con todas las fechas y entregables.
- Confirmar la ejecución de la interfaz de carga de payslips para los países bajo el scope de los partners de payroll
- Escalar todas las situaciones del día a día o requerimientos de diferentes áreas relacionadas con información de Payroll.
- Solicitar RCA en caso de que exista alguna situación de errores de nómina y hacer seguimiento para dar respuesta al negocio.
- Asegurar la correcta actualización de los cambios en legislación laboral o cambio en políticas internas
- Hacer seguimiento a la correcta parametrización de los sistemas de nómina por parte de los Partners.
- Trabajar con finanzas en la conciliacion de cuentas y cargue de los GLs cada mes
- En el futuro responsable de soportar la nomina de USA con el equipo de trabajo de este pais
**Requisitos**:
- Contador, Ingeniero Indutrial, Administrador de empresas o carreras relacionadas
- 5 años de experiências relacionadas en Payroll Latam
- Excel Avanzado
