The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Global Payroll Director to develop and execute our global payroll strategy. This role involves ensuring compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and social security requirements across multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the global payroll function, ensuring accurate and timely processing for multiple countries and regions.
- Drive the implementation, optimization, and integration of payroll systems and technology to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align payroll processes with organizational objectives.
- Prepare and oversee payroll audits, managing relationships with external auditors and tax authorities.
- Stay ahead of changes in global payroll regulations and practices, adapting policies and processes as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in managing relationships with global payroll service providers.
- Proven experience implementing and scaling payroll systems in a multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of global payroll compliance, statutory deductions, tax rates, social security requirements, and benefits regulations in multiple countries.
