Como Payroll & HR Specialist, serás el responsable clave en el procesamiento de la nómina, garantizando su precisión y puntualidad en cada liquidación. Además, tendrás la importante tarea de administrar la nómina electrónica y procesar cualquier novedad relacionada con ella. Serás un miembro fundamental del equipo financiero, contribuyendo al mantenimiento de registros laborales precisos y actualizados.
Tu rol también implicará apoyar los procesos operativos del área de Talento Humano, facilitando el reclutamiento, la selección y las afiliaciones al Sistema de Seguridad Social Integral (SSI). Serás parte integral de nuestro equipo, colaborando estrechamente con otros departamentos para garantizar la eficiencia y efectividad de nuestras operaciones.
**Requisitos**:
**Educación**:
- Título técnico o profesional en Contaduría, Administración de Empresas o un campo relacionado.
**Experiência**:
- De 2 a 3 años mínimo en funciones similares, preferiblemente en el área de SG-SST.
- Experiência previa en la gestión de nómina bajo salario variable y fijo.
- Conocimiento sólido de toda la normativa de gestión de nómina en Colombia.
- Familiaridad con el manejo de nómina electrónica y sistemas contables, con capacidad para aprender y adaptarse a nuevos programas informáticos.
- Habilidades numéricas y capacidad para trabajar con precisión y atención al detalle.
- Se busca preferiblemente experiência en la industria del** BPO**, para aportar un conocimiento específico que potencie nuestras operaciones y servicios.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
- Orientación al servicio al cliente y capacidad para resolver problemas de manera efectiva.
- Organización y capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas y cumplir con los plazos establecidos.
- Conocimiento en manejo de novedades y recobros.
- Conocimiento de Excel avanzado.
