I’m helping Caddy Moving find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Assistant Operations Manager . You will lead operational excellence, optimize performance, and drive strategic growth directly with the CEO. Compensation: USD 2K - 2.5K/month + Bonuses (up to 20% of base compensation) Location: Remote (anywhere) Mission of Caddy Moving: “At Caddy Moving, our mission is to redefine the moving experience by making it simple, stress-free, and reliable. Through innovation and dedication, we aim to empower both movers and customers, creating a streamlined process that brings peace of mind to every move.” What makes you a strong candidate: You are proficient in Operations management, Logistics management, Inbound calls, Customer service, Customer relationship management (CRM). You have +4 years experience in Operations. English - Fully fluent Responsibilities and more: Key Responsibilities Oversee profit and loss (P&L) management for the operations team. Track and optimize KPIs for the operations team to ensure high performance and efficiency. Manage day-to-day operations, from initial job booking through to final close-out. Lead and mentor a team of 20 individuals, including conducting weekly one-on-one meetings. Monitor team performance, identify inefficiencies, and propose innovative solutions. Generate and analyze reports to inform decision-making. Report directly to the CEO on operational status, challenges, and opportunities. Qualifications 4-5+ years of experience in operations leadership roles. Proven background in logistics or related industries. Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing). Experience handling upset customers and managing high-escalation situations with professionalism. Strong problem-solving attitude and ability to think on your feet. Willingness to roll up your sleeves—answer phones, step in during challenges, and "get dirty" when needed to keep things running smoothly. What We Offer Competitive base pay of $12/hour. Bonus potential of $200-$500 per month based on KPI achievement. Paid Time Off (PTO). Unlimited unpaid time off for flexibility.
