They provide essential, time-sensitive services to residential and commercial clients, working closely with field teams and external vendors to restore properties efficiently. The company is in a strong growth phase and is focused on building scalable internal operations to support long-term expansion. About The Role We are seeking a highly organized and hands‑on Operations Manager to build and run the company’s back‑office operations from the ground up. This is a high‑impact role at the core of the business, designed for someone who can bring structure, visibility, and operational discipline to a fast‑paced, field‑driven environment. The ideal candidate will function as a true “one‑person operations engine,” owning both strategic planning and day‑to‑day execution to ensure smooth and efficient business operations. Key Responsibilities Operations & Process Management Build, document, and optimize back‑office processes from scratch. Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable, repeatable workflows. Provide leadership with operational insights, documentation, and regular reporting. Business Intelligence & Finance Manage QuickBooks and support financial tracking, reconciliation, and analysis. Build and maintain simple BI reports and dashboards to support leadership decision-making. Monitor job profitability, operational costs, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Day-to-Day Execution Fully manage the CRM, including estimates, invoicing, billing, and payments. Handle scheduling and dispatching for field teams to ensure operational continuity. Provide phone and email support for internal teams and external customers. Manage ad‑hoc operational tasks such as coordinating vendors, supplies, dumpsters, and other field needs. Requirements 5‑10+ years of experience in operations roles, ideally within home services or field‑based businesses. Strong numerical and analytical aptitude, with a background in finance, accounting, or operations analytics preferred. Proven hands‑on experience with QuickBooks and CRM systems. Excellent spoken and written English, with comfort handling client‑facing phone support. Extremely detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable operating with ambiguity and full ownership. Nice to Have Experience with insurance billing processes. Willingness to travel to U.S. locations 1–2 times per year for on‑site context and alignment. Compensation & Benefits Competitive monthly compensation: $3,000–$3,500, depending on experience. Full‑time, remote‑friendly role supporting U.S. operations.
