Job Description As an HR Recruiter at Fusion CX, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies that align with business goals, enhance employer branding, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences. Key Responsibilities Source, screen, and interview candidates to fill open positions within the organization. Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies and systems. Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through job boards, social media, and professional platforms. Collaborate with department managers to determine hiring needs and position requirements. Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms to attract top talent. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Prepare job offers and manage the hiring process while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate databases. Strengthen Fusion CX’s employer brand through networking, partnerships, and social media engagement. Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, providing necessary documentation and support. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is a plus. Minimum of two years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws is a plus.
