About the role

The Lead Generation Analyst (LGA) plays a critical role in identifying, researching, and qualifying potential clients to support the company's revenue growth. This role involves market research, data analysis, and lead generation strategy execution to drive high-quality leads into the sales pipeline.

The LGA will work closely with the Business Development Representative (BDR) and Business Development Director (BDD) to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads, leveraging CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and prospecting databases. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment

What you will do:

  • Research target markets, industries, and competitors to identify high-value prospects aligned with the company's services.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, customer pain points, and emerging technologies to refine lead targeting strategies.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, and other data enrichment tools to identify potential leads.
  • Build and maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of qualified leads using CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) when handling prospect data.
  • Utilize email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, content marketing, and cold prospecting techniques to generate engagement.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns, leveraging industry insights.
  • Monitor conversion rates and optimize outreach strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Partner with BDRs and BDDs to align lead generation efforts with sales pipeline goals.
  • Participate in weekly pipeline meetings to review progress, share insights, and refine strategies.
  • Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives by identifying key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
  • Track and report key metrics, including lead quality, conversion rates, and cost per lead (CPL).
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports to assess campaign effectiveness and refine lead generation strategies.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation, market research, or data analysis.
  • Fluent in English, strong verbal & written proficiency required.
  • Strong research and analytical skills: Ability to synthesize market data and identify high-potential prospects.
  • Understanding of the IT consulting industry and services: Familiarity with B2B technology solutions is a plus.
  • Knowledge of lead generation best practices and strategies:
  • Expertise in multi-channel prospecting and engagement strategies.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset: Strong ability to interpret lead generation metrics and optimize outreach efforts.
  • Attention to detail & time management: Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
