Lead Generation Specialist

We are Zarego, a cutting-edge technology agency delivering custom software solutions to web and mobile platforms. Our mission is to provide tailored services to a diverse range of clients, from emerging start-ups to global enterprises.
We are currently seeking an Outbound SDR (Sales Development Representative) to join our team and support us in connecting with new clients and expanding our impact in the tech industry.
Main Responsibilities:- Generate High-Quality Leads: Use market research, analysis, and prospecting tools to identify qualified leads and generate new business opportunities.
- Cultivate Strong Relationships: Engage with potential clients through various channels (social media, email, call, etc.) to introduce our services and build strong relationships.
- Improve Outreach Strategies: Collaborate with colleagues to develop and improve outreach and lead-generation methods, ensuring maximum effectiveness.
- Foster Long-Term Connections: Develop strong connections with prospects and leads over time to uncover new business opportunities and support client acquisition efforts.
- Manage CRM System: Ensure the customer relationship management system is up-to-date and accurate, providing valuable insights for future business development.
- Support Client Acquisition Initiatives: Assist in initiatives such as email campaigns, webinars, and other client acquisition strategies to drive business growth.
- At least 2 years of experience in similar roles, including SDR, Lead Generation Specialist, or B2B sales.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and lead prospecting tools.
- A background in the IT industry or working with tech-focused companies.
- Experience using LinkedIn and other social media platforms for lead generation.
- A proactive and results-driven approach.
- Strong organizational and detail-management skills.
