**Posición**: Inside Sales Agent
**Horario**:Domingo a viernes 7am - 5pm.
**Ciudad**:Medellín (On-site)
**Remuneración**: A convenir + bonos
**Responsabilidades**:
- Construir relaciones fuertes con los hiring managers a través de los canales de comunicación.
- Preparar material de reclutamiento y publicar puestos en las correspondientes bolsas de trabajo.
- Diagnosticar y proporcionar soluciones a las brechas del workforce que están causando desafíos en el proceso de reclutamiento.
- Trabajar para aumentar la retención del talento asignado a los clientes a través del coaching y el compromiso
**Requisitos**:
- Habilidades y calificaciones - Habilidades duras y blandas:
- Se requiere experiência en ventas.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación.
- Se prefiere experiência en VENTAS.
- Pensamiento rápido y habilidades para escribir.
- Resolución de problemas.
- Bueno con los números.

Salario: $3.200.000 al mes
