Company Description

As an important member of the Global Thought Leadership Team, the Campaign Manager will play a key role in managing and assisting in activation, marketing, promotion, and awareness generation campaigns for Global Thought Leadership content. The Campaign Manager will partner closely with Global Thought Leadership Content Leaders, Digital Teams (Social and Keyword Search), PR Media Team, Web Design & Branding, Creative, and others to develop, plan, execute, and report on Global TL Activation Campaigns for Global TL Content. This role will require close collaboration with regional marketing teams to synchronize and align Global TL Content Activation Campaigns with regional activities. The Campaign Manager will support all Global Thought Leadership releases to build NIQ’s authority, relevance, and recognition in FMCG/CPG/T&D as a Consumer Intelligence Leader globally.

Job Description

  1. Build & manage an integrated marketing campaign plan and execution to promote, generate awareness & demand for Global Thought Leadership Content, focusing on primary audiences of C-Suite, Senior Executives across strategic NIQ Clients and Competitive Win-back Clients.
  2. Coordinate and collaborate with Global CoE Teams, i.e., Digital Social, Search, Web, and Creative teams to align and integrate into ‘ONE’ integrated campaign execution plan.
  3. Collaborate with Regional Marketing Teams to ensure Global Thought Leadership Marketing Campaign is tightly integrated with regionally focused Marketing Campaigns.
  4. Skilled in Web Page development using WordPress.
  5. Execute, manage & report Integrated Thought Leadership Campaigns to deliver established objectives (Leads, Engagement, and Page#1 presence).
  6. Post Campaign, conduct campaign performance reviews to drive continuous improvement for the next generation of Thought Leadership Campaigns.
  7. Manage and ensure Insight Web Pages (External) are kept on message and Internal Global Thought Leadership SharePoint are rebuilt to create cohesive marketing journeys for targeted clients.
  8. Work closely with the global content leads to plan, coordinate, and execute webinars, LinkedIn Live Sessions, and other tactics to support Global TL campaigns.
  9. Work with Industry Associations, Industry Publications, and ad networks to secure content syndication, sponsored content, and ad placements.
  10. Build and manage KPI Monthly Campaign and Demand Generation Performance reports and dashboards to track Global TL Marketing Campaigns.

Qualifications

  1. 5+ years of planning, execution, and management of marketing campaigns.
  2. B2B marketing campaign experience. Preferred CPG, Retail, SW Data Tech experience.
  3. Must be proficient in Social, Search, Programmatic digital marketing, and best practices.
  4. Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics, LinkedIn Reporting, Microsoft Office Suite, and Microsoft MSD.
  5. Technical acumen of marketing systems and processes and working knowledge of Marketing Automation (Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics CRM).
  6. Experience creating annual integrated marketing plans that incorporate digital marketing, paid media, email, and content marketing.
  7. Strong track record of developing and implementing successful ABM.
  8. Ability and experience teaming with outside agencies and vendors.
  9. Excellent communicator to both internal and external audiences. Ability to comfortably communicate (verbal, written) in English. Critical thinker, self-driven.
  10. Team-oriented and collaborative to the core. Strong willingness to roll up your sleeves and be involved with driving execution.
