Job Description

As a Customer Support & Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. This role combines customer service excellence with KYC operations, playing a crucial part in maintaining a secure and positive user experience.

Customer Support Tasks

  1. Provide global customer support 24/7, including online chat and voice services.
  2. Manage back-office tickets and handle customer inquiries via email and online tools.
  3. Support business units with customer liaison and accurate documentation.
  4. Address customer complaints and special cases.

Compliance Specialist Tasks

  1. Verify client addresses against application forms and document the results.
  2. Conduct KYB screenings and provide daily or weekly updates to stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  1. Proficient in the English language.
  2. Willing to work shifts.
  3. High level of honesty and integrity. Proactive and meticulous.
  4. A sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.
  5. Ability to work under pressure, strong communication skills and exceed expectations.
