We are looking for a talented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at OfficePartners360.

This role offers the opportunity to develop your customer service skills and work with a variety of clients. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support experience through multiple communication channels, including email, phone, and chat.

You will work closely with our team to develop an in-depth understanding of our platform and its features, ensuring that you can provide tailored support to customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication skills (B2 or above), as well as strong customer service skills, including active listening and verbal and written communication skills.

Job Description:

  1. Deliver exceptional customer service through various communication channels.
  2. Develop a deep understanding of our platform and its features.
  3. Provide cutting-edge customer service in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
  4. Ensure timely handling of customer requests.

Requirements:

  1. High School diploma required.
  2. 6 months to 1 year of BPO experience preferred.
  3. Excellent English communication skills (B2 or above).
  4. Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Good customer service, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
  6. Experience in receiving inbound calls and performing outbound calls.
