We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team at SupportYourApp.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading provider of technical, customer support, and CX services for tech companies around the globe. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients via email, phone, or chat.
Your Key Responsibilities- Respond and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Communicate and collaborate with external stakeholders such as hotels, booking platforms, and service partners.
- Meet team KPIs.
- Stay up-to-date with cutting-edge technology.
- Work securely with customers' sensitive information.
- Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices.
- Communicate with developers and other departments of various IT companies.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- German and English skills, both C1/advanced level.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer support.
- Analytical and research skills.
- A demonstrated ability to understand and empathize with customers' needs and concerns.
- A positive, responsible, and proactive attitude.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- A strong ability to quickly learn and work with multiple software tools and platforms.
- The capacity to handle a high volume of customer inquiries and multitask without sacrificing quality.
