This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a service-oriented mindset. While previous experience in customer service or BPO environments is preferred, it is not mandatory, what matters most is professionalism, adaptability, and a willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with accuracy and professionalism. Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating cases when needed. Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions. Provide product and service information clearly and confidently. Follow internal processes to ensure consistent service delivery. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying recurring issues or gaps. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns. Qualifications Customer service or BPO experience is preferred, but not required. Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm, patient, and solution-oriented when handling difficult situations. Proficient typing and basic computer skills. High attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively. Willingness to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
