Job title E-commerce Customer Service Representative Location Barranquilla Metropolitan Area Overview The E-commerce Coordinator is responsible for coordinating online order processing and handling product data management on E-commerce platforms with retail customers and accounts. Responsibilities Monitor daily online sales operations. Ensure timely order fulfillment and accurate email communications with customers. Coordinate directly with the Logistics and Operations teams for shipment of orders, cancellations, returns, or exchanges. Collaborate with the Customer Service department when routing claims. Manage the online catalog and product data: enter all product information including prices and imagery, categorize products, and merchandise on site using the backend interface. Oversee setup with fulfillment centers (coordinate orders, transfers of stock, receiving, etc.). Manage additional web-related projects as assigned. Requirements Proven experience working with E-commerce platforms, such as Shopify, Amazon, Mercado Libre, Shein, AllyExpress, and others. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and coordination skills for cross-functional teamwork. Basic knowledge of logistics, order fulfillment, and inventory management is a plus.
