What you should know about the job:

Our Go-to-Market team, based across LATAM, is seeking an experienced and strategic individual to oversee our SDR efforts.

As the SDR Coordinator/Team Lead , you will lead and manage the SDR team, responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients. Your role will involve ensuring the efficiency of the SDR function, developing the team's capabilities, and driving strategic initiatives that contribute to overall business growth. You will also be instrumental in fostering a positive team culture, optimizing processes, and achieving key performance targets.

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Team Leadership and Development
    - Lead, coach, and develop a team of SDRs to meet and exceed team targets.
    - Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team capabilities and improve outreach quality.
    - Foster a supportive and collaborative team environment that aligns with Hotmart's culture and values.
  2. Strategic Oversight and Optimization
    - Develop and implement strategies to optimize lead generation, qualification, and handoff processes.
    - Collaborate with leadership to set and monitor performance goals for the SDR team.
    - Analyze team metrics and reports to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
  3. Client Prospecting and Qualification
    - Ensure the SDR team is effectively prospecting potential clients and qualifying leads based on predefined criteria.
    - Oversee the development and implementation of outreach campaigns, ensuring they are well-targeted and impactful.
    - Utilize tools such as Semrush, Influencity, and Salesforce to support and improve the prospecting process.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
    - Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to align SDR activities with broader business objectives.
    - Provide valuable feedback to the Business Intelligence and Product teams to improve lead generation tools and strategies.
    - Partner with other LATAM squads to ensure a cohesive approach to market expansion and growth.
  5. Team Performance and Culture
    - Serve as a culture ambassador, instilling Hotmart's core values of Freedom, Autonomy, and LOVE within the SDR team.
    - Conduct performance evaluations and one-on-ones to help team members grow in their roles.
    - Implement A/B testing on outreach messages and strategies to continuously improve team efficiency and results.

Qualifications

  1. 4+ years of experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, or related role, with 2+ years in a leadership or coordination position.
  2. Fluent in Spanish, with advanced conversational English (B2+).
  3. Proven experience managing a team, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  4. Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  5. Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills, with a passion for developing talent.
  6. Based in LATAM with a hybrid working model.
