Healthcare Scheduler Ubicación: Presencial (Medellín, Colombia) Horario: Lunes a viernes | 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. (hora Colombia) Descripción del Puesto Estamos buscando un(a) Especialista en Servicios al Paciente amigable, entusiasta, inteligente y confiable para unirse a nuestro equipo. La persona seleccionada será responsable de garantizar que los pacientes sean programados con precisión para citas y procedimientos, desempeñando un papel clave en el buen funcionamiento de todos los departamentos y asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares y regulaciones del sector. Responsabilidades Brindar a los pacientes una experiencia excepcional en cada interacción. Programar, reprogramar y cancelar citas de pacientes según sea necesario. Verificar y revisar datos para identificar errores o inconsistencias. Ingresar y actualizar información en bases de datos, hojas de cálculo y sistemas internos, asegurando la integridad y exactitud de la información. Generar reportes o resúmenes para apoyar la toma de decisiones y necesidades operativas. Colaborar con otros departamentos para recopilar información faltante, aclarar discrepancias y garantizar consistencia en los sistemas. Proporcionar instrucciones claras a los pacientes para que estén preparados para exámenes y procedimientos. Confirmar citas y seguimientos de pacientes. Atender llamadas telefónicas de manera cortés y responder mensajes oportunamente. Programar citas de referencia y seguimientos. Archivar documentos de manera organizada y precisa. Requisitos y Habilidades Obligatorios Dominio profesional del inglés (hablado, escrito y comprensión). Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en: Servicio al cliente o recepción, y/o Entorno médico/consultorio clínico, y/o Cargos de digitación o ingreso de datos. Deseables Dominio profesional del español (hablado, escrito y comprensión). Familiaridad con terminología médica.
