Overview Descripción de Puesto: Patient Care Coordinator Objetivo del rol: El Patient Care Coordinator será responsable de brindar apoyo integral en la coordinación de servicios de atención al paciente, asegurando una experiencia eficiente y de calidad. Este rol requiere disponibilidad full time y experiencia previa en áreas de Healthcare, tales como interpretación, seguros, programación de citas y funciones administrativas relacionadas. Responsabilidades Coordinación de Atención al Paciente: Gestionar y coordinar citas médicas y procedimientos; servir como enlace entre pacientes, proveedores de salud y aseguradoras; brindar soporte en la interpretación de información médica y administrativa. Comunicación y Soporte: Atender consultas de pacientes de manera clara y profesional; Proporcionar información sobre procesos, seguros y servicios disponibles; Mantener comunicación constante con equipos internos y externos para garantizar continuidad en la atención. Gestión Administrativa: Registrar y actualizar información de pacientes en sistemas internos; Apoyar en la revisión de documentación requerida para seguros y procedimientos; Asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas de confidencialidad y manejo adecuado de datos. Requisitos Experiencia previa en áreas de Healthcare (ejemplo: intérprete médico, seguros, programación de citas, coordinación administrativa). Disponibilidad full time. Fuertes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita. Capacidad para manejar múltiples tareas y prioridades en un entorno dinámico. Atención al detalle y orientación al servicio. Habilidades clave Organización y gestión del tiempo. Empatía y trato profesional con pacientes. Manejo de herramientas administrativas y sistemas de gestión.
