**PROPOSITO**:
Salvar y sostener vidas gestionando las interacciones con clientes y pacientes con respecto a requerimientos tales como la programación y despacho de órdenes de compra (incluyendo la logística en reversa), reclamos de producto y servicio, eventos adversos, consultas médicas y el soporte técnico del producto; cumplimiento con los requerimientos del cliente en términos de servicio y calidad, alineado con los objetivos y políticas de la organización.
**RESPONSABILIDADES**:
1. Proporciona primer punto de contacto para todas las consultas de los clientes y pacientes a través de teléfono, fax, correo electrónico o en línea.
2. Documenta cada solicitud en cumplimiento con los procedimientos e indicadores de la compañía.
3. Redirige requerimientos de los clientes complejos o especializados a los miembros apropiados del equipo.
4. Investiga y resuelve oportunamente las novedades reportadas por los operadores logísticos minimizando el impacto de los rechazos y devoluciones.
5. Recibe, procesa y hace seguimiento a las órdenes de compra de clientes y pacientes, garantizando la promesa de servicio ofrecida al cliente y gestiona con el analista de inventarios la asignación de productos en Back Order cuando aplique y con la bodega y distribución el cumplimiento de los tiempos de preparación y entrega acordados con los clientes.
6. Crea las órdenes de trabajo para atender requerimientos de servicio técnico de los clientes y pacientes (garantía, piezas y devoluciones)
7. Recoge los datos necesarios para soportar reclamos de calidad y eventos adversos. Se asegura que la información sea capturada, reportada y asignada a los equipos correspondientes.
8. Cumplir con las políticas de la compañía asociadas a las actividades del proceso.
9. Cumplir con las políticas, procedimientos y actividades de la compañía en materia de EHS
