Associate, Sales Analysis

Con este rol en el cual estarás enfocado al manejo del sistema de información de la compañía, análisis de la información, incentivos del equipo comercial, así como manejo de la agencia de mercaderismo con el fin de contribuir al logro de los objetivos de volumen, distribución y participación de mercado detectando oportunidades para el negocio en los actuales canales y/o nuevos canales.
**Principales Actividades**:
- Velar por el manejo y mantenimiento del sistema de información de la compañía asegurando tener la información en los sistemas en tiempo y forma.
- Soporte en el manejo de terceros, agencia y soporte administrativo
- Realizar informes gerenciales de medición de ventas.
- Proporcionar información estadística de ventas para la toma de decisiones.
- Apoyar en el diseño de concursos enfocados en objetivos de volumen, distribución, etc., que involucren a la fuerza de ventas tanto interna como externa, así como en la liquidación de los mismos.
- Realizar informes de rotación e inventarios para el canal de distribuidores, cadenas y mayoristas, identificando oportunidades y desarrollando planes en conjunto con ventas para capitalizar los hallazgos
- Apoyar a los Asociados de ventas en la preparación de la presentación mensual de resultados.
- Participar en la presentación mensual de resultados de la fuerza de venta de los distribuidores.
- Apoyar a los administradores de ventas de los principales clientes en el envío de la información del sistema.
- Calculo, seguimiento y control de las cuotas de ventas.
- Aportar en posibles nuevas oportunidades para el negocio, desde su alto conocimiento de las estadísticas de ventas.
- Diseñar, coordinar y ejecutar en conjunto con las ventas la elaboración y control de herramientas para el JBP en los diferentes canales de la compañía.
- Apoyar al equipo de ventas identificando variaciones en la demanda y por medio de Control Tower solicitar cambio en el FCTS del corto plazo.
**Perfil Profesional**:
- Profesional Universitario en carreras como: Administración de Empresas, Economía, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.
- Experiência en áreas comerciales.
- Nível de Inglés avanzado.
- Manejo avanzado de Excel y PowerPoint.
- Disponibilidad de viajar y dispuesto a moverse de ciudad/país
- Buenas habilidades de comunicación e interrelación personal.
- Autonomía, capacidad y madurez para tomar decisiones satisfactorias para el Negocio.
- Pensamiento analítico, capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
- Orientación a resultados.
- Capacidad para priorizar las necesidades del Negocio.
- Excel avanzando (Manejo avanzado de Tablas dinámicas, condicionales, macros).
