Join our team as a Head of Pre-Sales team in the dynamic field of educational technology We're on the lookout for a motivated, sales-oriented leader to drive our expansion.

What you will do
  • Achieve region objectives by developing and executing effective attendance strategies for video-call consultations.
  • Lead a team of SDRs, providing guidance, motivation, and support to ensure the achievement of targets.
  • Lead the team of up to 7 SDR Supervisors with up to 12 SDRs in each team (around 90 people in total).
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the team, including customer interactions, and sales processes.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and efficiency improvements within the sales department organization, implementing initiatives to optimize performance and maximize results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor and analyze SDRs performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Produce weekly and monthly sales reports.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • 5+ years experience in the B2C sector.
  • Previous experience as a Head of Call Center, Head of Telemarketing, Head of Sales in a BPO organization leading 50+ people.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Project management and time management skills.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM.
