Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Team Leader to lead our team in the Latin American market. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and leading a team of sales specialists.

Responsibilities
  • Hit sales quotas by leading a high-performing team of up to 12 sales specialists
  • Hire, onboard, motivate, and control the performance of your sales team
  • Work closely with the Head of Sales and Sales Country Manager to implement changes in workflow and drive business results
  • Conduct group trainings and individual coaching sessions for team members
  • Ensure all processes and regulations are followed by team members
  • Provide regular reports on team performance
Requirements
  • Advanced level of English (B1/C1)
  • Spanish language proficiency
  • 3+ years of telemarketing or B2C sales experience
  • 3+ years of sales management experience
  • Data analysis skills
  • Experience coaching and guiding sales teams
  • Strong soft and communication skills
  • Experience working with CRM
  • Highly motivated and target-driven professional with a proven track record in sales management
