LATAM Sales Leadership Position

We're looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Team Leader to lead our LATAM team in selling our product across the Latin American market. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and leading a team of sales specialists.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
- Lead a high-performing team of up to 12 sales specialists to hit sales quotas
- Work closely with the Head of Sales and Sales Country Manager to implement changes in workflow and drive business results
- Conduct regular training and coaching sessions for team members
- Ensure all processes and regulations are followed by team members
- Provide regular reports on team performance
- Advanced level of English (B1/C1)
- Spanish language proficiency
- 3+ years of telemarketing or B2C sales experience
- 3+ years of sales management experience
- Data analysis skills
- Experience coaching and guiding sales teams
- Strong soft and communication skills
- Experience working with CRM
- Highly motivated and target-driven professional with a proven track record in sales management
- Basic payment of $1700 USD Gross + commissions
- 100% remote and full-time position
- International work experience in one of the most recognized companies in the market
