About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Team Leader to lead our LATAM team in selling our product across the Latin American market. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and leading a team of sales specialists.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  2. Lead a high-performing team of up to 12 sales specialists to hit sales quotas
  3. Work closely with the Head of Sales and Sales Country Manager to implement changes in workflow and drive business results
  4. Conduct regular training and coaching sessions for team members
  5. Ensure all processes and regulations are followed by team members
  6. Provide regular reports on team performance
Requirements
  • Advanced level of English (B1/C1)
  • Spanish language proficiency
  • 3+ years of telemarketing or B2C sales experience
  • 3+ years of sales management experience
  • Data analysis skills
  • Experience coaching and guiding sales teams
  • Strong soft and communication skills
  • Experience working with CRM
  • Highly motivated and target-driven professional with a proven track record in sales management
