TripleTen Academy is seeking a seasoned Head of Enterprise Sales to spearhead our sales efforts in the LATAM region. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of our Upskilling product.

As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand market share, increase revenue, and drive adoption of our product. Your primary goal will be to build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the LATAM region, including enterprises, and work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis & Growth: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning, use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies, and represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Requirements: Native-level proficiency in Spanish, fluency in English, location and mobility based in Latin American countries, with readiness to work across LatAm, primarily in Mexico, Colombia, Chile, and Peru, professional experience of 5+ years in business development with a proven track record within corporate entities.
